One-on-one coaching

One-on-one coaching involves working together for a minimum of six months. Focused on fives areas of wellness, the Healthy Habits package includes 7 instructional video modules, detailed handouts and short quizzes after each module, comprehensive plan of actions, bonus handouts with each module and 12 private, accountability coaching sessions either in-person, phone or through tele- conferencing.

Group coaching

We offer all of our healthy habit programs to corporations and private groups. We can customize our offerings for any organization seeking to educate and motivate their teams around healthy living.

Diabetes prevention

Group coaching with Centers for Disease Control (CDC)-approved Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) (for private, corporate, non-profit, government): Offered for groups of 10 or more, this year-long program includes a curriculum approved by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes. Over the course of the first six months, there are 2-3 meetings per month for one hour each. Over the second six months, participants meet once per month.
